Nose

The wine has a fragrant nose of blackcurrants, violets and mocha.

Palate

The palate is soft and elegant with cherries, plums and subtle
tannins seamlessly integrated with chocolate and coffee flavours.

Growing Conditions

The growing season began with warm conditions during
September and October, resulting in even flowering and fruit set, with
better than average yields. The ripening period was warm with dry
conditions early on, followed by a cooling off in the latter weeks of
March, delivering beautiful ripe and balanced flavours.

Winemaking

750 cases barrel fremented and aged in french oak barriques.

Fillet Steak, Roast lamb or Wild mushroom
and eggplant filo.
