Growing Conditions
A wet winter & spring impacted fruit set, leading to reduced yields. Yet, 2022 was an outstanding vintage. Warm, dry conditions in summer & autumn provided exceptional growing & ripening conditions. Bird pressure was greatly reduced due to strong flowering of native flora. Remarkable quality

100% Sauvignon Blanc picked from a single block on 9th March at 12.2°Bé

Bottled on 7th November 2022
Winemaking
Pressed to tank, settled & racked to barrel where it was inoculated. 100% Barrel fermented in 1-, 2- and 3-year-old French oak. Barrels were stirred every 3 weeks from the end of ferment to add both generosity & texture. Vegan friendly. Unfined.
