Aromas of grapefruit, ripe peach and roasted nuts abound, gently followed by delicate tones of citrus blossom with a flinty minerality.
The palate is focused and clean, boasting hints of white pear and creamy oak with a lasting, pure finish.
Fruit is hand-harvested in the cool of the night then transported quickly to the winery. The whole bunches are then gently pressed to extract only the purest juice with the finest textures. The juice is allowed to settle for 2 days before being racking to achieve the desired level of solids in the juice. Fermentation is started in stainless steel tanks before being transferred into French oak barriques where it finishes fermentation and undergoes battonage and aging for 10 months before being bottled.
