Palate

Full to medium-bodied wine, it provides a long, elegant and silky texture with deep flavours of plums, berries, oak and earthly herbs.

Winemaking

Meticulously hand-plunged every six hours or softly pumped over before maturing in the finest French oak barrels, to produce a Merlot in the style of the garargiste movement on the right bank of Bordeaux

Aging

21 months in 100% fine French oak, 60% new, sourced from the Saint-Emilion and Pomerol region
