A zesty and refreshing finish provides structure and length. This wine was produced by use of clean free run only juices and slow cool ferments to create a beautiful white wine.

Presenting with a pale, straw colour this wine fills your senses with fresh citrus blossom on the nose followed by crisp and delicate notes of lemon, passion fruit and peach with a hint of minerality and subtle notes of fresh, cut grass on the palate.

The wine exhibits a nose with lifted aromas of passion fruit, guava and exciting tropical fruits. The palate is fine with a lovely, nervy acidity and an effortlessly long and dry finish. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was fermented cool and matured over three months on lees to build complexity and palate length.

This wine is a great expression of the modern international style in Rosé. Palest of salmon pink, this delicate and expressive Rosé exhibits pure aromas of wild strawberry and white florals. The palate displays ripe fruit and is finished bone dry.

The simple philosophy of this wine is fruit richness, flavour and soft tannins. It abounds with rich red fruits, black currant, cocoa, chocolate and spice.

A wine with a powerful palate of plums, black currants and nuances of bay leaf. The perfume is driven by a combination of violets, ripe cherries and cedar notes. The firm and balanced tannins from careful maturation in 1 and 2-year old French oak.
