Palate
The palate of this wine is filled with rich red fruits, black currant, cocoa, chocolate and spice. A savoury finish is produced by its soft tannins.
Winemaking
Cabernet and shiraz was vinified separately and then blended after 16 months of barrel and tank maturation, final blend was 60% cabernet and 40% shiraz.
Aging
9 months in oak barrels following 5 months maturation in tanks
