The palate entry is bright with a crunchy mousse and mouth- watering minerality, all leading to a refreshing and clean finish with hints of biscotti, granny smith apples and citrus blossoms.

Winemaking

Maturation: Bottle fermentation, 12 months on lees, RS 7.5g/L.
