White peach and melon at the core, with hints of lemon brulee. Buttery and textural.
Winemaking
Our Reserve Chardonnay is produced from hand selected fruit, sourced from Karridale. This wine was hand-crafted using traditional and modern winemaking techniques. Hand picked, whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented in French oak barriques.
