Winemaking
This wine is made from 100% Windance Shiraz fruit.
We have hand-picked the fruit, whole-bunch pressed, and taken only the 'free-run' juice (which is the very best) to produce this wine. A southern France yeast was then used to ferment this wine.
We are absolutely wrapped with the result.
