This full-bodied varietal wine demonstrates
unmistakable Margaret River Cabernet character
aromas of mulberry, plum and chocolate with some
secondary cassis overtones. This wine will benefit
from decantering and aeration one hour before
consumption.

Growing Conditions

A cool moderate summer with consistent flavour
development . The season produced rich flavours
and ripe tannins.

Aging

12 years.
