Nose

undertone of blackcurrant leaf.
Palate
The palate shows flavours of lime curd, lemon blossom and
passionfruit.Pristine natural acidity provides freshness and
length with a ripe, flavoursome finish.
Growing Conditions
The aromatic variety of Sauvignon Blanc exhibits the fresh acidity and vibrant
fruit flavours that are a hallmark of the Margaret River Region.
The 2018 growing season was another idyllic vintage in Margaret River. The
growing season was steady, moderate and without major heat spikes seen in
some previous years. Aromatic whites possessed excellent purity of fruit and
natural acidity.
Winemaking
This wine is a delicate blend of estate-grown and select, southern Margaret
River growers’ fruit. A small percentage of barrel fermentation and judicious
lees stirring both enhanced the wine’s textural qualities and complexity in the
mouth.
Aging
Enjoy within 18 months of release, slightly chilled.
Appearance
Very pale straw in colour.
