Flametree WinesFlametree RoséAromas of red currents overlay subtle floral, cherry and cranberry characters. The fruit flavours are a little more obvious and forward in this lovely early drinking vintage, the difference between using Tempranillo and Pinot Noir as Rose material. The palate however is deliberately savoury and textured, a result of wild ferments in old barrels and 4 months on yeast lees. The palate has moderate weight, soft chalky tannins and a dry finish. A wonderful wine to enjoy at a picnic, dinner party or day at the beach. Pairs perfectfully with olives, cured meats and crusty bread.
