Nose
Attractive perfumed aroma of fruit salad, nectarine, guava and ripe pear with a hint of jasmine, passionfruit and confection.
Palate
Is immediately sweet and fruity displaying nectarine, lime juice and tropical fruits with hints of ripe orange, grapefruit and lemon meringue pie. The palate is delicate and soft with a crisp acidity that gives the wine a clean dry finish.
Growing Conditions
An unusually warm winter followed by a cool spring made for atypical growing conditions that resulted in low yields but great flavour intensity.
Winemaking
Wholly fermented in stainless steel and matured in bottle under screw cap to maintain freshness.
