Nose
Displays attractive characters of red currant, cranberry, purple jubes and tomato leaf with subtle eucalypt, camphor and floral notes.
Palate
Displays intense sweet fruit with flavours of raspberry, green cherry, and plum skin with hints of choc mint, capsicum and black berry. The palate is soft and chalky with good persistence and we think perfect for day to day drinking.
Growing Conditions
A good vintage for Merlot in Southern Margaret River with moderate temperatures throughout ripening.

A short period of skin contact was used to extract only the softest tannin followed by maturation in tank and early bottling to retain freshness and vibrancy.
