A medium weight wine which displays both sweet fruit and savoury flavours. Sour cherry, mulberry and black olive are most prominent with notes of dark chocolate, leather, stewed rhubarb and dried herb. It is a complex wine displaying the benefits of bottle age and perfectly complements Mediterranean food
