Nose

Notes of spiced pear, red apple, melon & lime meld with barrel ferment characters of brioche & hazelnuts with a hint of vanilla

Palate

Silky in texture, poised & invigorating. Citrus, stone fruits & juicy pear flavours are complemented by nutty sourdough & spice notes. Balanced, refreshing acidity rounds out a modern style of Chardonnay
