Palate
A succulent palate of juicy red fruit with
cherries and plums. A bright citrus laced acidity provides excellent length and freshness with a fruit laced finish.
Growing Conditions
Harvest 2021 presented the ideal conditions for rose winemaking in the southern parts of the state with moderate temperatures slowing red tannins development while developing intense fruit aromas and preserving floral notes. For this Rose, we focused our 2021 sourcing on cool parts of the Margaret River region which produce delicate red grapes able to be picked with full fruit expression while remaining light and ethereal.
