Red forest fruits on the nose with Raspberry creme and a touch of dried herbs on the palate. Zippy acid and a lively spritz drive this wine. Finishes dry and mouthwatering.


Made from our small patch of Zinfandel that is carefully nurtured without intrusive synthetic chemical inputs, handpicked early and wild fermented dry: this as bespoke as you can get.Unlike ‘method champagnoise’ the yeast remains in the bottle providing that interesting residual flavour and body. Careful decanting can reduce the amounts of yeast lees poured, but most folk just go ‘all in’ and enjoy the full flavour.
