We grew our single vineyard low yield zinfandel with particular attention to soil health using minimal chemical input. Grapes were handpicked, chilled and crushed into small open fermenters.Following fermentation winemaker Dylan Arvidson matured the wine for 14 months in a blend of American and French oak barrels.
