The palate is medium bodied, soft and velvety smooth, with dark berry and mocha flavours typical of this variety.

Harvest

Selectively harvested and fermented at moderate temperatures.

Winemaking

Selectively harvested and fermented at moderate temperatures. Plunged daily and run off to finish ferment with oak. Matured in a blend of oak and rotation through stainless steel.

Appearance

Vibrant red.
