Growing Conditions

An excellent vintage for Margaret River Chardonnay.

Harvest

Hand-picked grapes were chilled overnight and whole bunch pressed.

Winemaking

Hand-picked grapes were chilled overnight and whole bunch pressed. The juiced was fermented with wild yeast in barrel where it remained for eight months, then carefully clarified and bottled.

Appearance

Pale straw green in colour.

Bright, vibrant purple red with a medium intensity. Lifted spicy Shiraz fruit with a nice touch of oak. Palate is medium weight with bright spicy fruit and medium weight tannins to finish.
