Palate is textured and vibrant with great persistence.

Growing Conditions

Wet Spring and early Summer made for long slow ripening in 2021. This provided good condition for early flavour ripeness in Chardonnay.

Harvest

Grapes were night harvested and the juice cold pressed.

Winemaking

Grapes were night harvested and the juice cold pressed. Fermentation in seasoned oak barrels resulted in textured wine with bright Chardonnay fruit flavour from early bottling.

Pale straw some green.
