textural, wild ferment wine chock-full of zesty lime, sweet

pears, pink grapefruit, ginger nut spice and grilled chestnut. Perfumed, luscious, soft, and so very approachable… Get into it.

Growing Conditions

What can we say, 2022 was a winemaker’s dream. Perfect
conditions allowed us to hand pick all our premium whites
without any major difficulty. The warm weather provided fast ripening and a small picking window to ensure the perfect citrus based flavour profile we are chasing in all white varieties.

Winemaking

50% high solids ferment in old oak barrels to provide texture
and weight and 50% low solids tank ferment to give perfume
and lift.
