What can we say, 2022 was a winemaker’s dream. Perfect conditions allowed us to hand pick all our premium fruit without any major difficulty. The warm weather provided fast ripening and a small picking window to ensure the perfect balance of flavours and aromas.
Now this is Old School; the French vineyard worker’s drink, nothing wasted. Take the skins of our delicious Muscat Rose à Petite Grains, add a touch of water to kick start fermentation and voila... Piquette is born.
