A true Margaret River style, the Ivanhoe Cabernet Sauvignon shows off aromas of blueberries, sweet spice and cassis. A generous palate showcases black currants, mulberries, and liqourice with velvety tannins that drive the palate to a long fruitful length.

A medium bodied merlot that is both elegant and sumptuous, with a deep, dark ruby colour. Layers of violet and dry spices on the nose, lead to a palate full of mulberry and blackberry with a great earthy finish. This wine will improve with cellaring for years to come.

A fine example of Margaret River Chardonnay, 100% barrel fermented by wild yeast allows for aromas of white peach, grapefruit and florals, leading to a well-balanced palate with layers of minerality, nectarines and roasted almonds. The oak is well integrated with slightly toasty notes on the palate. Best matched with seafood.

With a bright palate showcasing notes of lychee, lemongrass, whites florals and a zesty acidity, this powerful wine will pair well with fresh Asain style cuisine.
