Pale straw yellow-green with a fine persistent bead. The bouquet is lifted, aromatic with a delicate and nutty edge. The palate is fresh and lively with fine aromatic persistence. Delicate lemon citrus and pear flavours carry through with a fine sparkling finish.

Coral pink in colour, the wine has a fine and persistent bead with lifted floral aromas and hints of red fruit. In the mouth the flavours of red fruits carry through - it is quite dry and perfectly balanced with a refreshing persistence and depth.

This is the fourth wine in the CALNEGGIA Italian import portfolio, an initiative that bonds Australian winemaking practices with Italian know how and fruit source. The CALNEGGIA family and their Italian producer partners offer unique wines that are full of flavour and approachable.

Vibrant ruby red, with some purple. Aromas of red fruits and spice - typical of the variety, are lifted and an immediately striking characteristic. On the palate, spicy and savoury Nero d’Avola is balanced with some solid Shiraz fruit sweetness and depth. Some characteristic crispness on the finish leaves no doubt as to the wine’s origin.
