Nose

fine and persistent bead with lifted floral aromas and hints of red fruit.

Palate

Quite dry and perfectly balanced with a refreshing persistence and depth.

Winemaking

Very light-pressed Rosé wine is fermented in stainless steel, followed by the secondary Charmat method of fermentation. By Italian official wine law there must be a minimum of 60 days (double the time of “white” Prosecco) to ensure a nice yeast contact with the fine bead and delicacy of flavour that results.

Appearance

Coral pink in colour.
