Nose

Made by the saignée technique – that is to “bleed off” juice from a red wine has given us a savoury but delicate style with very attractive primary aromas and a fine and flavoursome palate.

Palate

The palate is delicate and vibrant with a crisp dry finish.

Winemaking

Grapes were pressed off, clarified and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel, then bottled early to retain freshness.
