Growing Conditions

Rich alluvial flats . Sandy loam over limestone, alluvial flats and quartz gravel


50% of the Semillon has been fermented in barrel to create a fuller slightly creamy mouth feel and provide more depth of pallet. The balance of the Semillon and the Sauvignon Blanc were fermented in stainless steel to keep the finish clean and fresh for which this style is known for.

For an easy drinking wine the pallet length is endless, the finish is clean and fresh and all you need is some seafood and friends.
