Nose
Lifted notes of citrus and freshly cut grass, lime and guava. Subtle hints
of punchy snow pea, hay and gooseberry.
Palate
Zesty Sauvignon blanc explodes at first taste with nettles, lemon peel,
kiwi fruit and subtle passionfruit. Supported with a fabulously juicy core of
vibrant lime and passionfruit Semillon.
Growing Conditions
Solid winter rainfall preceded a mild and dry spring
allowing the vines to flourish with healthy and balanced canopies. Timely rain
in late January helped produce grapes of outstanding flavour and natural
vibrancy at harvest. Harvesting was carried out in the cool of the night in
order to preserve purity and natural acidity.
