Nose
A pungent fruit salad aroma with strong nectarine and ripe pear characters, with hints of mango, lime and spice.
Palate
A richly flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet fruit. Ripe nectarine and tropical fruits dominate and this is typical of the variety, while more subtle characters such as spice, quince and passionfruit are also present. The wine is textural with chalky acidity and a flavour profile that compliments spicy food perfectly.
Growing Conditions
A long cold winter was followed by a mild spring and very cool summer - perfect for producing intensely flavoured crisp white wines.
