Growing Conditions
Continental climate of the Mount Baker region, our north facing, elevated sites, capture ample sun to fully ripen Cabernet. The fruit notes, reminiscent of a briary hedgerow, are ever so slightly untamed.

Fragrant sweet spice, cocoa and creamy oak give a coddling warmth and dimension to this wild fruit character.
