Nose

This French Provence style sparkling rosé exudes aromas of fresh strawberries

Palate

A sublime palete of vanilla bean ice-cream and melon with a tight bead and creamy, mousse texture. It’s fun, indulgent and deliciously entertaining, with ‘sparkling’ Margaret River credentials.

Winemaking

This exotic “blushed” white sparkling wine is produced exclusively by taking the free run juice from premium Shiraz grapes at the de-stemming machine and pumping directly to the fermenter. Unlike a typical Rose, the juice has minimum skin contact prior to fermentation which accounts for the gorgeous pigeon-eye pink colour and barely a hint of tannins. Once the wine has completed fermentation it is transferred to the talented hands of acclaimed Margaret River ‘Methodé Traditionelle’ specialist John Frazer to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle followed by tradition disgorging and riddling, over many months. A special yeast strain is used in the process, so as to avoid any detrimentally affect the delicate fruit flavours.

Appearance

Its a gorgeous pigeon eye pink colour.
