Nose
Perfumed floral notes combine and integrate with subtle nougat, brioche, sesame and oyster shell, centered upon a core of lemon, lime and apple.
Palate
The palate entry is tight and vibrant leading to a delicate and textural creamy mid-palate. The acid structure is bright and racy, which elevates the lemon and grapefruit fruit spectrum.
Winemaking
This is the fourteenth release of Brut from Leeuwin Estate and is a fine example of bottle fermented sparkling wine made using traditional techniques.
Aging
5-6 years.
