There are complex tropical tones of guava and pineapple fruit to smell. The taste shows good length and the fruit gives a smooth and satisfying flavour and fullness. An attractive complexity gives it that extra dimension.


These delicious grapes are exclusively from our small patch of low yielding vines where they are grown with particular attention to soil health using minimal chemical input. After hand picking the grapes, winemaker Dylan Arvidson used new and old French oak barriques for 9 months to mature it after the cold fermentation.
