Nose

A full-flavoured yet finely structured Cabernet of great appeal: black berries, dried
leaves and fine gravelly tannin, reflect an outstanding year.

Winemaking

Grapes from the northern end of Margaret River, primarily around Wilyabrup,
were harvested at ideal flavour and tannin ripeness, fermented then matured for
ten to twelve months in French oak from a variety of coopers. A very good
growing season has helped deliver well-balanced wines that will develop
gracefully in bottle.
