Palate
As always, this is not going to be technical. It's fresh and berry fruity! Bad Dad joke I know. Berries - it's all mulberries and blueberries for me, there's some of that Shiraz spice coming through and I also taste vanilla. Drink now for maximum fruit impact.
Growing Conditions
For the 2018 vintage, there was no rain and no heat spikes.
Winemaking
Picked the grapes and crushed it into the fermenter. Rehydrated some Shiraz yeast and added it to the grapes to start fermentation. It was on skins for about a week, before being pressed to separate the wine and the skins. It was then left for a small time to mature before bottling.
Appearance
Classic dark red with a solid magenta hue.
