Shiraz from our Frankland River Estate is matured in a combination of French, American and Hungarian barriques for 12 months. The rich and attractive redskin fruits dominate the nose.
Palate and are complemented by nuances of aniseed and black olives. Compelling and rich.
The fruit for this wine is sourced from our Wilkes vineyard in Frankland River and picked at night to preserve the red berry flavours.
The wine was then cold soaked before fermentation for 10 days and then pressed off it skins. The wine was matured in a mix of French, American and Hungarian oak for 12 months before being blended and bottled.
