Palate
Lifted passionfruit and lime blossom aromas flow into a zesty palate of tropical and citrus flavours tightly held together by bright acidity. Fresh, delicate and crisp.
Winemaking
The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are fermented cool to ensure the crisp primary fruit characters are preserved.
