Winemaking

Grapes are picked as cold as possible and gently crushed and pressed almost immediately. Fermentation is carried out in small temperature controlled stainless steel fermenters.
The typical fine and natural carbonation in obtained due to the second fermentation that happen in bottle. Being a BOTTLE FERMENTED wine, this is the guarantee of the natural process and minimal handling.

Excellent as aperitif or with appetizers, salads, seafood and white meat.Serve it chilled. Fabulous for summer.
Tradition says to pour this wine in wet glasses to aid the preservation of the bubbles.
