Nose

A youthful wine of white nectarine, crème vanilla and pink grapefruit.
Subtle hazelnut and lifted citrus aromas providing freshness and complexity.

Palate

Elegant and generous white peach and toasty brioche flavours with a
natural grapefruit freshness and vibrancy. Balances intense stone fruits,
vibrancy and mouthfeel with textural vanilla undertones.

Growing Conditions

Excellent winter rainfall provided a great start to the
growing season followed by a warm spring with very little rain.
December and January had a few intermittent showers but overall had
characteristic warm days and cool nights allowing great flavours to develop
with natural citrus acidity.

Harvest

February 2015.

Winemaking

This wine was fermented in 20% new, 50% 1 and 2 year old
French Oak Barriques and 30% stainless steel. The wine was stirred on lees for
4 months before bottling. Seasoned in French oak barriques.
