Nose
Immediately engaging on the nose, the aromas are floral and fruit focused with violets, raspberry, red and black currants, cherry, perfectly ripe plum along with cassis, bay leaf, black olive and dark chocolate – all the wonderful Cabernet descriptors with elegance, poise and concentration.
Palate
The super fine palate is silky in texture, long even and not a hair out of place. While appearing suave it is in no way a pretender with its underlying power and depth of flavour.
