Growing Conditions
We were challenged, battered and bruised, a couple of far
north cyclones and a dearth of vintage workers made this a
vintage to remember. But we emerged triumphant with another classic Chardonnay crop.
Winemaking
Hand-picked when tasty. Whole bunch pressed. 100% wild
fermented in 5+ year old French oak barriques, to ensure a
pure fruit flavour. No fining and filtration.
