Trademark pencilly notes, cherry cola and herbal tea set you up for a gentle drive along roads of red & blue fruits before arriving at your destination with a subtle acid crunch and super-fine tannins.

Sweet velvety blackfruits of Cabernet meet the brooding darkness of Teroldego. Spice and sweet herb on the nose lead you to a rich, creamy palate, crossing the flavour spectrum and supported by a tight acid backbone and silky tannins.

Salty, briny, misty, floral, magical. This smells of a spring-time coast, wildflower aromas, sagebush, and smokebush. Limey lanolin in the mouth – yes, it’s creamy but the tight minerally acidity speaks of fresh lime juice in a gin & tonic. At once savoury and sweet: kiwifruit, finger lime, lemon curd.

Opens with pineapple richness and some fragrant mountain herbs. Apricot and white peach aromas filter through, some jasmine flower, some nettles. The texture is creamy and rich, resplendent with sweet pineapple, hints of passionfruit and kiwifruit. Gooseberry, fire & spice, sweet lemon curd. The richness is offset by some taut acidity and a long finish that leaves you wanting more.

Marsanne / Verdelho. A wine that leads you on a flavour journey: think melon, citrus, nut and spice. Bass notes and texture from Mars, tropical highlights from Verdelho. Creamy, yet bright and bouncy where it needs to be. ‘Fusa’… the home for our blends (foo-za). Sweet velvetty blackfruits, dark chocolate and perfume – aaahhh… Margaret River Cabernet. Supple and warm, plum pudding and forest floor. A rich, creamy palate, crossing the flavour spectrum and supported by a gentle acid backbone and sillky tannins.

The king of grapes in the north-west of Italy. This is all tarry florals and spice. Sweet red-fruits abound – cherry, rhubarb, prune, and choc. Spicy clove, cardamom, and minerally fine tannins round it out. An Italian classic wine style. Seductive and sensual – it really is very moreish.

Light, delicate... reflecting the cool year. Sweet lemon, spice with rose petal and vanilla hitting the high notes. Broad white peach and apricot bring in the bass. Finishing with green apple acidity and steely citrus making up the tight structure, while creamy oak fills the finish.

Check out the deep brooding colour of the bear. A big bold wine that leads with heady perfume and mountain herb, then drops in with dense blackfruits and forest floor. Hits the high notes with floral tones, and the bass notes.

If you like your Rosato bone dry then this is for you. Handpicked Sangiovese immediately pressed, fermented in oak & amphorae. Delicate strawberry florals make way for flinty minerality and a savoury backbone.

A potpourri of Asian fruit scents – lychee, mangosteen, a little jasmine flower. Tropical paradise on the palate with honeydew melon, mango, dragonfruit. Fresh, taut acidity keeps it zipping along while citrus and stonefruits dive in and out of the lagoon. Drink over a lava sunset.

A partial skin-ferment wine (30%) made in amphorae and oak. Shows it’s skinsy stripes on the nose with savoury cashew and lanolin, but neatly follows up with honeysuckle, jasmine flower, ginger spice, coastal heath. Very umami - nori/edamame. Shoot for the moon but end up on Mars.

Textural and cloudy with punchy aromas of spearmint, lemon myrtle and star anise. A complex palate of lemon sorbet and sweet golden pineapple, salt and citrus - savoury, puckery, refreshing and moreish.

A new one in the ‘Fusa’ series –a light red, perfect for chilling! It’s got it all-maraschino cherry, juicy raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate and Pink Lady apple skins, Black tea minerality and dusty tannins bring up the finish.
