Primary fruits carry over to palate, with evidence of blackberry and briar (forest fruits)
Acid is driven with support from dusty tannin profile will ensure a long life.
Dry grown, hand-picked and basket pressed. A blend of 90% Cabernet ( 65% Clone 5 and 35% Clone 337) and 10% Malbec. Aged in French oak for 12 months with 50% new.
Recommend cellaring until 2035
Deep Ruby red.
