The bouquet is of black berry fruits, liquorice, bay leaf & cedar

Full-bodied & slightly savoury in the mouth. The currant & berry flavours have density & intensity, yet there’s tension in the structure with fine dusty
tannins & lingering red fruits on the long finish.
