This wine offers a complex array of aromas showing hints of citrus blossom, Kaffir lime, river stone, oyster shell & peanut husk.
Palate
A crisp flavour profile of green apple, lime, mandarin and grapefruit characters are complemented by a fine, creamy &persistent mousse on the palate. The finish is long, savoury & moreish.
