Nose
The bouquet has aromas of lemongrass, toasted brioche, apple, pear, fig and lime which combine delicate citrus blossom, smoky vanilla oak, mineral and wax notes.
Palate
The palate is smooth with ripe pear-skin texture along with ripe citrus flavours, mouthwatering acidity and complexing notes of roasted almonds, and spice

Hand picked on 14th February 2015 at a Baumé of 11.8 Be°
Winemaking
Whole-bunch pressed to barrel for ‘free range’
yeast fermentation followed by barrel maturation with some early lees stirring
Aging
10 months in French barriques of which 30% were new
