Fig, pear and lime fruit aromas meld with a delicate citrus blossom note, and more complex characters of crème brûlée, lanolin, and vanillin oak, .
Palate
The palate is smooth with ripe pear texture and flavour along with ripe citrus flavours, spice and linear acidity.

Hand-picked on 21st February 2014 at a Baumé of 12.3 Be°
Winemaking
Whole-bunch pressed straight to barrel with 50% undergoing a wild ferment and 50% being inoculated with a commercial yeast
Aging
10 months in French oak barriques of which a third were new
Appearance
Pale straw in colour with a faint green hue
