The nose has a floral citrus blossom lift with fruit characters of lemon, lime, grapefruit, apple, pear & quince, complemented by suggestions of marmalade, caramel & cinnamon


The palate is silky smooth, succulent, featuring flavours of glazed pear & citrus with a light, delicate, refreshing, mouth-watering finish


100% Estate grown from our most northerly Wilyabrup vineyard on Metricup Road, which is sustainably farmed following organic principles. Hand-picked in two passes on 1st April at 18.0° Bé and 17th April 2019 at 19.6° Bé


The wine was bottled into half bottles on 19th December 2019


The blend is 100% Riesling which was gently pressed over 36 hours, settled & barrel-fermented, prior to oak maturation


Eight months maturation in neutral oak (third & fourth fill barrels) which helped to develop the lovely golden colour
